Job Description

Are you an experienced Associate Administrator, Finance - Accounting, looking to join a great team at the University of Southern California? We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, has strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for financial and accounting excellence. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a higher education financial/accounting setting. They must have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities, as well as the ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate complex financial and accounting data. Experience with enterprise financial systems is highly desirable. They must also have excellent organizational skills and the ability to exercise confident decision-making. The successful candidate must also have the ability to work in a collaborative manner with a diverse range of stakeholders.
