  1. Provide administrative support to the research team and faculty members.
  2. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of research projects.
  3. Maintain accurate and organized records of research data, funding, and expenditures.
  4. Monitor and track project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  5. Act as a liaison between faculty members, department staff, and external partners.
  6. Assist in the preparation and submission of research grant proposals and budgets.
  7. Manage the procurement and purchasing process for research equipment and supplies.
  8. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project operations.
  9. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive research information and adhere to ethical standards.
  10. Stay updated on relevant policies and regulations related to research administration.
  11. Assist in the preparation and dissemination of research reports, presentations, and publications.
  12. Participate in meetings and discussions related to ongoing research projects.
  13. Help in the recruitment and training of research assistants and interns.
  14. Contribute to the overall success of the research team by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Research Administration Or Project Management.

  • Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Grant Management Software.
