  1. Oversee the admission and scholarship operations of the university, ensuring that all processes are efficient, effective, and in line with the institution's values and goals.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants, in alignment with the university's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing them with information and guidance throughout the admission and scholarship application process.
  4. Collaborate with other university departments, such as academic departments and financial aid, to ensure a seamless and comprehensive experience for applicants.
  5. Analyze data and trends related to admissions and scholarships, and use this information to inform decision-making and improve processes.
  6. Train and manage a team of admission and scholarship staff, providing them with the necessary resources and support to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote the university and its opportunities.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and changes in higher education policies and regulations, and ensure that the university's admission and scholarship operations are in compliance.
  9. Participate in recruitment events, both on and off campus, to promote the university and attract top applicants.
  10. Contribute to the overall success and reputation of the university by representing its values and mission in all interactions with students, staff, and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Education, Business, Or Communications.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Admissions And Scholarship Operations, Preferably At A Higher Education Institution.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Priorities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Diverse Team And Interact With Students, Parents, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Database Management And Knowledge Of Admissions And Financial Aid Software Systems.
