- Oversee the admission and scholarship operations of the university, ensuring that all processes are efficient, effective, and in line with the institution's values and goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants, in alignment with the university's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Serve as a point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing them with information and guidance throughout the admission and scholarship application process.
- Collaborate with other university departments, such as academic departments and financial aid, to ensure a seamless and comprehensive experience for applicants.
- Analyze data and trends related to admissions and scholarships, and use this information to inform decision-making and improve processes.
- Train and manage a team of admission and scholarship staff, providing them with the necessary resources and support to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote the university and its opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and changes in higher education policies and regulations, and ensure that the university's admission and scholarship operations are in compliance.
- Participate in recruitment events, both on and off campus, to promote the university and attract top applicants.
- Contribute to the overall success and reputation of the university by representing its values and mission in all interactions with students, staff, and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Education, Business, Or Communications.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Admissions And Scholarship Operations, Preferably At A Higher Education Institution.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Priorities.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Diverse Team And Interact With Students, Parents, And Other Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Database Management And Knowledge Of Admissions And Financial Aid Software Systems.
