Application Support Analyst

At the University of Southern California, we are searching for a talented and driven individual to join our team as an Application Support Analyst. We are looking for an experienced IT professional who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a strong knowledge of application support. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in application support, engineering, or other related technical roles. Additionally, the applicant should have strong problem-solving skills, an excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
