  1. Provide critical support in the operating room during surgical procedures.
  2. Work closely with surgeons and medical professionals to ensure safe and effective anesthesia administration.
  3. Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies.
  4. Monitor patient vital signs and assist with patient positioning and airway management.
  5. Administer local and general anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist.
  6. Assist with patient transport to and from the operating room.
  7. Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient records.
  8. Troubleshoot and respond to any equipment malfunctions or emergencies.
  9. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  10. Keep up-to-date with advancements in anesthesia technology and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Educate patients and their families about anesthesia procedures and post-operative care.
  14. Comply with all hospital and regulatory standards and guidelines.
  15. Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of A Formal Training Program In Anesthesia Technology Or Related Field, With Certification From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As An Anesthesia Technician In A Surgical Setting, Preferably In A Teaching Hospital Or Academic Medical Center.

  • Knowledge Of Various Anesthesia Equipment And Techniques, Including Monitoring, Troubleshooting, And Maintenance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, And Other Healthcare Team Members.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Multitask And Handle A High Volume Of Patient Cases In A Fast-Paced Environment.
