  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the clinic in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide administrative support to the clinic staff, including scheduling appointments, managing phone calls and emails, and maintaining patient records.
  3. Assist in managing the clinic's daily operations, including coordinating with other departments, ordering supplies, and ensuring the clinic is well-maintained.
  4. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA guidelines.
  5. Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers to ensure a high level of customer service.
  6. Handle billing and insurance-related tasks, such as verifying insurance coverage and processing payments.
  7. Assist with patient intake and registration, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  8. Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
  9. Keep track of inventory and order office supplies as needed.
  10. Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by the clinic manager or healthcare providers.
  11. Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance the efficiency of clinic operations.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to ensure the clinic is providing the highest quality of care and service.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  14. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
