  3. Contribute to the vibrant academic community: Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and other departmental activities to promote collaboration and contribute to the overall academic culture at USC.
  4. Stay up-to-date with legal developments: Continuously update and expand your knowledge and expertise in the legal field to ensure that course material is current and relevant.
  5. Foster a diverse and inclusive learning environment: Create an inclusive and welcoming classroom environment that values and respects diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
  6. Assess student learning: Design and administer assessments, grade assignments and exams, and provide constructive feedback to students to facilitate their learning and growth.
  7. Participate in curriculum development: Collaborate with faculty and administration to develop new courses, update existing curriculum, and incorporate innovative teaching techniques.
  8. Serve as a representative of USC: Represent the university and the law department at conferences, events, and other professional activities.
  9. Maintain professional relationships: Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, students, and external organizations to enhance the reputation of the university and the legal department.
  10. Adhere to university policies and procedures: Comply with all university policies and procedures, including academic integrity and ethical standards, to ensure a fair and equitable learning environment for all students.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Teaching Experience, Preferably At The University Level

  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience Practicing Law In A Relevant Field

  • Knowledge And Expertise In A Specific Area Of Law, Such As Contract Law Or Constitutional Law.
