  1. Deliver engaging and informative lectures on nonprofit leadership and management to undergraduate and graduate students.
  2. Develop and update course materials to ensure relevance and alignment with current industry trends and best practices.
  3. Facilitate meaningful class discussions and activities that encourage critical thinking and application of concepts.
  4. Provide timely and constructive feedback on student assignments and assessments.
  5. Serve as a mentor and advisor to students, providing guidance and support for their academic and professional development.
  6. Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure consistency and alignment across courses and programs.
  7. Stay up-to-date with advancements and changes in the field of nonprofit leadership and management, and incorporate relevant information into teaching.
  8. Participate in departmental meetings and events, and actively contribute to program development and improvement.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and promotes student success.
  10. Maintain regular communication with students, colleagues, and university administration to ensure effective operation of the program.
  11. Adhere to all university policies and procedures, and maintain high standards of academic integrity.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve teaching methods and techniques to enhance student learning outcomes.
  13. Conduct research and publish scholarly works in the field of nonprofit leadership and management.
  14. Represent the university and the Nonprofit Leadership and Management program at professional conferences and events.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission and values of the University of Southern California and the Nonprofit Leadership and Management program.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nonprofit Management Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working In The Nonprofit Sector.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Nonprofit Leadership And Management Principles.

  • Prior Teaching Or Training Experience In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Motivate Students.
