Job Description

Serves as a lead, train and oversee activities pertaining to workers performing similar work. Oversee workload balancing and allocates invoice processing assignments to other AP processors. Reviews work for quality. Ensures invoices are processed timely and accurately and comply with established policies and procedures. Troubleshoots and provide technical assistance and training on AP systems (Antworks, Jaggaer, Hyland, Workday financials). Manages the customer service platform, to ensure all email requests are resolved by the AP team in a timely manner. Monitors rush payment requests daily. Assists with financial reporting, month, and year-end closing, filing, and invoice accruals. Trains and provides leadership, guidance, and direction to student workers. Monitors student attendance. Assists with development and implementation of new department programs, policies, and procedures. Interprets policies regarding financial payments.

Job Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience

  • Experience with complete reconciliations (i.e., credit memo, prepaids, catalog supplier accounts) and assisting with accruals, month/year-end close procedures.

  • 1 year experience related bookkeeping/accounting experience.

  • Knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting practices and principles.
