
Training Support Specialist
Coordinating all aspects of the in-person and virtual community programs, art classes, and camps, including booking and scheduling programs, hiring teaching artists, overseeing registration, adding program information to the database, adhering to program budgets, tracking required forms and evaluations, writing press releases and coordinating production of flyers and other promotional materials, and serving as the main contact for site coordinators, teaching artists and people registering or having questions. Serving as the point of contact in the headquarters office for the Regional Program Coordinators and ensuring they are kept up-to-date with information. Communicating and building relationships with local and statewide organizations and cultural centers. Overseeing the nomination process, review, and selection of winners of the Student of the Month program; coordinating the recognition of the winner with the classroom teacher, Regional Program Coordinator, and school district.
4 years of experience in office or administrative positions
Demonstrated experience overseeing artists, educators, and/or volunteers, and working with people with disabilities
At least 2 years of experience coordinating arts or educational programming in a nonprofit arts or education organization.
