
Administrative Specialist
Assesses all walk-ins and referrals to establish level of need for care and determines appropriate time frame for addressing the concerns presented by the student or in the referral. Provides de-escalation to students who enter the lobby and effectively addresses their concerns. Utilizes the online case management software to effectively document all walk-ins, phone calls, emails and referrals and to schedule appointments with case managers. Responds to calls from concerned parties by providing consultation and guidance to the caller to address their concerns. Responds to phone calls, emails and general inquiries regarding information related to office services, supporting students of concern, and providing campus and community resources. Provides office support in the form of responding to presentation requests, reserving rooms, arranging travel, managing office supplies, submitting work requests, etc.
At least four years of experience in an office or administrative support position
Knowledge and interest in behavior intervention or conflict resolution field preferred.
Previous experience in a Case Management Office, Ombudsmen Office or similar organization
