- Stay current with industry trends and developments in sports media and communication, and incorporate them into curriculum and teaching.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and enhance the sports media and communication program.
- Assist in recruiting and retaining students for the program.
- Serve as a liaison between the university and industry professionals in the field of sports media and communication.

A Master's Or Doctorate Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Sports Media, Communication, Journalism, Or Broadcasting.
Previous Teaching Experience At The College Level, Preferably In The Area Of Sports Media And Communication.
A Strong Research Background With A Record Of Published Work In Reputable Journals Or Conferences.
Professional Experience In The Sports Media Industry, Such As Working For A Sports Network, Team, Or Organization.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Mentor And Advise Students In Their Academic And Career Pursuits.
