- Build relationships with high school counselors, college advisors, and other individuals who can assist in identifying and connecting with potential students.
- Collaborate with various departments within the university to organize and participate in recruitment events, both on and off campus.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as a point of contact for prospective students and their families, answering questions and providing support throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain a strong social media presence to engage with potential students and promote the university's brand.
- Provide guidance and support to prospective students in navigating the admissions process and meeting application requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive universities, and best practices in undergraduate recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Recruitment, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, As Well As Current Trends In The Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Diverse Groups Of Individuals.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Recruitment And Hiring Processes.
