  10. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to higher education and transactional matters.
  11. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with the utmost discretion.
  13. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  14. Contribute to the overall success of the university by providing high-quality legal support.
