Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working As A Transactional Paralegal In A Law Firm Or Corporate Setting
Strong Understanding Of Transactional Law And Legal Terminology
Proficiency In Legal Research And Drafting Legal Documents
