  1. Conduct quality assurance checks: The QA Coordinator will be responsible for conducting regular quality assurance checks on all university programs and services to ensure they meet the established standards.

  7. Document findings: The QA Coordinator will document all quality assurance findings and create reports to communicate them to relevant departments and stakeholders.
  8. Conduct audits: The QA Coordinator will conduct audits of programs and services to ensure they meet quality standards and identify any potential risks or issues.
  9. Communicate with stakeholders: The QA Coordinator will communicate with stakeholders, including students, faculty, and staff, to gather feedback and address any concerns related to quality assurance.
  10. Stay updated on industry standards: The QA Coordinator will stay updated on industry standards and best practices to ensure the university's quality assurance processes are up to date and effective.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance And Testing In A Higher Education Or Research Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Lifecycle And Testing Methodologies.

  • Experience With Project Management And Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
