- Develop and manage project timelines and deliverables for grant proposals, ensuring that all deadlines are met and all necessary components are included.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential funding opportunities and gather information for grant proposals.
- Collaborate with faculty, researchers, and other stakeholders to develop compelling and competitive grant proposals.
- Act as a liaison between the university and funding agencies, communicating effectively and professionally to represent the university's interests.
- Facilitate proposal development meetings and provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring that all contributions are aligned with the proposal's objectives.
- Review and edit proposal drafts for clarity, consistency, and compliance with funding agency guidelines.
- Manage and maintain proposal documents and records, ensuring that all materials are accurate and up-to-date.
- Stay informed about changes in funding agency requirements and regulations, and implement updates in proposal development processes as needed.
- Coordinate with finance and administrative staff to ensure proper budgeting and financial information is included in grant proposals.
- Serve as a resource for faculty and researchers, providing guidance and support in the development of grant proposals.
- Monitor the success of grant proposals and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Contribute to the overall mission and goals of the university by actively supporting and promoting research and education initiatives.
- Attend conferences and workshops to stay current on best practices in grant proposal development and project management.
- Embrace a flexible and dynamic work environment, balancing both remote and on-campus work as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Project Management, Business Administration, Or Higher Education Administration.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Hybrid Role That Involves Both Traditional And Agile Methodologies.
Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles And Methodologies, Including But Not Limited To Agile, Scrum, And Waterfall.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders And Manage Expectations.
Experience In Higher Education Or Research Project Management Is Preferred, With A Demonstrated Ability To Work Within Academic Environments And Manage Complex Projects With Multiple Stakeholders.
