  1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the University of Pittsburgh and increase enrollment.
  2. Manage and oversee large-scale marketing projects and campaigns from conception to execution.
  3. Create and maintain a marketing budget and ensure all projects stay within budget.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with the university's goals and messaging.
  5. Research and analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform marketing strategies.
  6. Utilize creative and innovative tactics to effectively reach target audiences and drive engagement.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.

  9. Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and incorporate them into marketing strategies.

  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the marketing team and with other departments.
  14. Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during marketing projects and find effective solutions.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve the university's marketing efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Marketing Or Communications Role

  • Strong Understanding Of Marketing Principles And Strategies, Including Digital Marketing

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders
