- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the mission and services of the Falk Health Center.
- Create and oversee the execution of innovative and effective marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.
- Manage and lead a team of marketing and communication professionals to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to gather information and develop marketing materials that accurately represent the services and values of the Falk Health Center.
- Monitor and analyze marketing efforts to measure success and make necessary adjustments to improve reach and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies and messaging.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the Falk Health Center, ensuring consistent and accurate use of branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Develop relationships with media outlets and manage press releases and media coverage.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and website content.
- Represent the Falk Health Center at community events and networking opportunities to promote awareness and foster relationships.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on marketing efforts and gather feedback.
- Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective strategies and efficient use of resources.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the Falk Health Center through all marketing efforts.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment within the marketing and communications team.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to promote the Falk Health Center and engage with the community.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Marketing And Communications, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Marketing Strategies And Campaigns.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With A Diverse Range Of Stakeholders, Including Faculty, Staff, Students, And Community Members.
