4. Conduct presentations and informational sessions to prospective students and families.
5. Maintain knowledge of current enrollment trends and best practices in higher education.
6. Utilize data and analysis to make informed decisions and adjust enrollment strategies accordingly.
7. Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other organizations to promote the University of Pittsburgh and its programs.
8. Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the enrollment process.
9. Ensure compliance with all university policies and procedures related to enrollment and admissions.
10. Represent the University of Pittsburgh at recruitment events and conferences.
11. Monitor and track enrollment data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancement.
12. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective recruitment materials and campaigns.
13. Serve as a liaison between the University of Pittsburgh and the Mid Atlantic community.
14. Serve as a resource for current and prospective students on enrollment-related questions and concerns.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve enrollment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
16. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in enrollment technology.
17. Prepare and present reports on enrollment statistics, progress, and future plans.
18. Manage enrollment budgets and resources effectively.
19. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the enrollment team.
