- Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment goals set by the university.
- Oversee all aspects of the enrollment process, including admissions, financial aid, and registration.
- Manage a team of enrollment services staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Collaborate with university departments and external stakeholders to develop recruitment and retention initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve enrollment processes and procedures to enhance the student experience.
- Serve as a liaison between the university and prospective students and their families, providing accurate and timely information about enrollment and financial aid.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other educational institutions to promote the university's programs and attract new students.
- Analyze enrollment data and trends to inform decision-making and develop enrollment projections.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and university policies related to enrollment and admissions.
- Represent the university at recruitment events and conferences, showcasing the university's academic programs and student experience.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students, faculty, and staff.
- Collaborate with other university departments to provide support and resources to students throughout their academic journey.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in enrollment management to continually improve processes and strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Enrollment Management Or Admissions At A Higher Education Institution.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Enrollment Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With A Diverse Range Of Students, Faculty, And Staff.
Knowledge Of Enrollment Trends, Data Analysis, And Technology Systems Used In Enrollment Management, Such As Crm Software.
