- Act as a liaison between the University of Pittsburgh and external organizations and stakeholders to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing in the field of pediatric healthcare.
- Represent the University of Pittsburgh at conferences, seminars, and other professional events to share knowledge and expertise in the field.
- Contribute to the development and submission of grant proposals to secure funding for pediatric healthcare initiatives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and ethical standards to ensure compliance in all initiatives and projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the pediatric healthcare team.
- Act as an advocate for children and families, ensuring their voices and needs are represented in all healthcare initiatives and policies.
