  1. Collaborate with healthcare providers and researchers to identify areas for improvement in pediatric healthcare outcomes.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis on current healthcare practices and policies to identify potential areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to address identified gaps in pediatric healthcare.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement programs and initiatives aimed at improving pediatric healthcare outcomes.
  5. Provide consultation and guidance to healthcare providers on best practices for caring for pediatric patients.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on child development and its impact on healthcare outcomes.
  7. Stay up to date on the latest research and advancements in pediatric healthcare to inform decision-making and recommendations.
  8. Utilize data and metrics to track progress and measure the effectiveness of implemented interventions.
  9. Develop and deliver training and educational materials for healthcare providers and staff on pediatric healthcare best practices.
  10. Act as a liaison between the University of Pittsburgh and external organizations and stakeholders to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing in the field of pediatric healthcare.
  11. Represent the University of Pittsburgh at conferences, seminars, and other professional events to share knowledge and expertise in the field.
  12. Contribute to the development and submission of grant proposals to secure funding for pediatric healthcare initiatives.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and ethical standards to ensure compliance in all initiatives and projects.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the pediatric healthcare team.
  15. Act as an advocate for children and families, ensuring their voices and needs are represented in all healthcare initiatives and policies.
