  1. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for students with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses.
  2. Provide crisis intervention and assessment services for students in urgent need of mental health support.
  3. Collaborate with other mental health professionals and university staff to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student care.
  4. Develop and implement outreach programs and workshops to promote mental wellness and address common mental health issues among students.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
  6. Adhere to all relevant ethical guidelines and standards of practice in the field of clinical psychology.
  7. Stay informed about current research and best practices in mental health treatment to continuously improve services for students.
  8. Create a safe and inclusive environment for students of diverse backgrounds and identities.
  9. Serve as a resource and consultant for faculty, staff, and student organizations on issues related to mental health and well-being.
  10. Collaborate with community mental health providers and agencies to ensure students have access to necessary resources and services.
  11. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  12. Support the university's mission to promote academic success and student retention through a holistic approach to mental health.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the mental health services team.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding student privacy and confidentiality.
  15. Engage in self-care practices to maintain personal well-being and prevent burnout.

Job Qualifications
  • A Doctoral Degree (Phd Or Psyd) In Clinical Psychology From An Accredited University.

  • A Current License To Practice As A Clinical Psychologist In The State Of Pennsylvania.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Post-Graduate Clinical Experience, Preferably In A University Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practices In Mental Health Treatment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Population Of Students And Faculty.
