- Support the research efforts of faculty and staff by providing administrative assistance and ensuring compliance with university and funding agency policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain research project documentation, including grant proposals, budgets, progress reports, and other related materials.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between faculty, staff, and external stakeholders, such as funding agencies and collaborators.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of grant proposals, ensuring all required documents and forms are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor and track project budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with funding agency guidelines and university policies.
- Facilitate the hiring and onboarding of research staff, including preparing and processing necessary paperwork.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and policies related to research administration and communicate updates to relevant parties.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files related to research projects.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating research-related events, such as conferences and workshops.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of research administration processes and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to faculty, staff, and external stakeholders, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations of the research administration office.
- Take initiative and independently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and fulfill responsibilities.

Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Research Administration, Preferably In An Academic Setting.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Faculty, Staff, And External Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Federal Regulations And Funding Agency Requirements Related To Research Administration, Such As Nih And Nsf Guidelines.
