In this role, you will play a critical role in welcoming and supporting our students throughout their academic journey. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping students achieve their goals and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service.   1. Manage the admissions process for all incoming students, including reviewing applications, organizing interviews, and communicating decisions.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for current and prospective students, providing information and assistance with enrollment, financial aid, and academic programs.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain a diverse student population.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as academic advising and housing, to ensure a seamless experience for students.
  5. Coordinate and lead orientation and welcome activities for new students.
  6. Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
  7. Assist with planning and executing recruitment events and information sessions.
  8. Provide excellent customer service to students and families, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Analyze data and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of admissions and student services efforts.
  10. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in admissions and student services to continuously improve processes and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Education, Counseling, Or Higher Education Administration.

  • Previous Experience In Admissions Or Student Services At A University Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work With Diverse Populations Of Students, Faculty, And Staff.

  • Knowledge Of University Policies And Procedures, Including Admissions Requirements And Student Support Services.

  • Strong Organizational And Administrative Skills To Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines, As Well As Maintain Accurate Records And Data.
