- Serve as the main point of contact for all department inquiries and requests, both in person and over the phone.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
- Manage and maintain departmental records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns related to administrative tasks.
- Keep up-to-date with university policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrate confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Provide support to faculty and students as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Communications, Or Office Management.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Support Role, Preferably In A University Setting.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Faculty, Staff, And Students.
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Computer Programs, With The Ability To Learn New Software Quickly.
