
Trauma Registrar
At University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), we are looking for an experienced Trauma Registrar to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess an expertise in trauma registries and data analysis. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping us provide the highest quality of care to our patients.The Trauma Registrar will be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data entry into the trauma registry, as well as reviewing and analyzing data to ensure adherence to the National Trauma Data Standards. This role will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of quality improvement activities related to trauma registry data.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in trauma registry or data analysis, including the ability to accurately interpret medical records. The successful candidate will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. In addition, experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and other related software is preferred.
