Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center as a Patient Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and their families, as well as ensuring that the patient experience is efficient and comfortable. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and positive attitude, and a passion for helping others. They should also be organized and attentive to detail, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service role within a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
