
Certified Coding Specialist
We at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center are looking for a Certified Coding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to work with some of the best healthcare providers in the country, and help to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our coding processes. We take great pride in our coding team and are seeking someone with the qualifications and passion to ensure our coding standards are consistently met.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coding and an understanding of the current coding regulations, as well as a commitment to accuracy and quality. Certification by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) is strongly preferred, but not required. As such, we are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Above all, we are searching for a candidate with a passion for coding and the drive to succeed.
