3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
4. Collaborate with other Teacher-Partners and program staff to plan and coordinate lessons and activities.
5. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
6. Provide individualized support and feedback to students to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.
7. Act as a role model and mentor for students, promoting a strong commitment to equity and social justice.
8. Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in program evaluation and assessment.
9. Communicate regularly with students' families and caregivers to keep them informed of their child's progress and achievements.
10. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
11. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing program needs and student needs.
12. Uphold and enforce program rules and expectations to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
13. Serve as an ambassador for the UACS program, promoting its values and mission within the community.
14. Other duties as assigned by program leadership.
