- Greet and welcome visitors to the University of Pennsylvania in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors with parking needs and answering any questions they may have.
- Monitor parking facilities to ensure proper use and compliance with university policies.
- Collect parking fees and issue parking permits as needed.
- Keep accurate records of parking permits and fees collected.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation of parking facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of parking facilities.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of visitors and their vehicles.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required For The Temporary Parking Attendant Job At University Of Pennsylvania.
Previous Experience In Customer Service: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Previous Experience In Customer Service Or A Related Field. This Will Help Them Interact Effectively With The Public And Provide Excellent Service To University Of Pennsylvania Students, Faculty, And Staff.
Basic Computer Skills: As A Temporary Parking Attendant, The Candidate Should Have Basic Computer Skills To Operate The Parking Management System And Generate Parking Permits. Familiarity With Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Is Preferred.
Strong Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Students, Faculty, And Staff. They Should Also Be Able To Handle Difficult Situations And Provide Clear Instructions To Visitors.
Availability To Work Flexible Hours: The Temporary Parking Attendant Job At University Of Pennsylvania May Require The Candidate To Work On Weekends, Evenings, And Holidays. Therefore, The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Flexible Hours As Needed By The University.
