  1. Develop and implement engaging and innovative lesson plans for students in various artistic disciplines.
  2. Facilitate classes and workshops that promote critical thinking, creativity, and artistic expression.
  3. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills and reach their full potential.
  4. Collaborate with other faculty members to develop interdisciplinary projects and programs.
  5. Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in the arts and incorporate them into teaching.
  6. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to take risks and explore their creativity.
  7. Mentor and guide students in their artistic development and help them prepare for future careers in the arts.
  8. Participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching methods and curriculum.
  9. Act as a liaison between the university and the local arts community, fostering partnerships and promoting the arts on campus.
  10. Assist in the recruitment and selection of students for the university's arts programs.
  11. Attend and support student performances, exhibitions, and other artistic events.
  12. Adhere to university policies and procedures, including grading and assessment guidelines.
  13. Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely reports as needed.
  14. Continuously assess and evaluate teaching methods and make adjustments as necessary to ensure student success.
  15. Attend university events and represent the university in a professional and positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In An Arts-Related Field, Such As Fine Arts, Music, Theater, Or Dance.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Teaching In A University Or Community Setting, With A Focus On Arts Education.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Groups Of Students, Faculty, And Staff.

  • Demonstrated Proficiency In The Chosen Art Form, As Evidenced By A Portfolio Or Performance Experience.

  • Familiarity With Current Teaching Methods And Technologies, And A Commitment To Innovative And Engaging Instruction.
