Summer Camp Tennis Instructor

Welcome to the University of Pennsylvania! We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Summer Camp Tennis Instructor. As part of our summer camp program, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of campers and help them improve their tennis skills while having fun in the sun. 1. Develop a comprehensive and engaging tennis curriculum for campers of all ages and skill levels.
2. Create a safe and welcoming environment for campers to learn and improve their tennis skills.
3. Lead daily tennis instruction sessions, including warm-ups, drills, and games.
4. Provide individualized feedback and guidance to campers to help them improve their technique and overall game.
5. Ensure the proper use and maintenance of all tennis equipment and facilities.
6. Supervise and monitor campers during breaks and other activities to ensure their safety.
7. Collaborate with other camp staff to plan and implement special events and tournaments.
8. Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and other staff members about camp activities and updates.
9. Model and promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive attitudes among campers.
10. Attend all required staff meetings and training sessions.
11. Adhere to all camp policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
12. Act as a positive role model for campers, representing the University of Pennsylvania and its values.
13. Foster a fun and inclusive environment for all campers, regardless of their background or ability level.
14. Continuously evaluate and adjust the curriculum to meet the needs and interests of campers.
15. Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and any incidents or accidents that occur during camp.
