- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall student experience for the Wharton Executive MBA program.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of student advising, including academic, career, and personal support.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other university departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for students.
- Lead a team of advisors and operations staff to provide outstanding support and guidance to students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective students to better understand their needs and preferences.
- Plan and execute events and programs to engage students and enhance their overall experience at the university.
- Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Act as a liaison between students and university administration, advocating for student needs and concerns.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Executive MBA program, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in higher education and student support services to continuously improve the program.
- Participate in recruitment efforts to attract top-quality students to the Executive MBA program.
- Serve as a mentor and role model to junior staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Advanced Degree In Higher Education Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Student Affairs Or Advising At The Graduate Level.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Teams.
Strong Understanding Of Executive Mba Programs And The Unique Needs Of Working Professionals.
