Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Property Management, Preferably In A University Or Large Residential Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Fair Housing Laws, Lease Agreements, And Property Maintenance Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact With A Diverse Group Of Tenants And Staff.
Proficiency In Property Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
