Bachelor's Degree In Recreation Management, Sports Management, Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience Working In A Recreation Or Sports Environment, Preferably In A University Setting.
Knowledge Of Various Recreation Activities And Programs, Including Sports, Fitness, And Leisure Activities.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Well With Diverse Groups Of People.
Cpr And First Aid Certification, Or Willingness To Obtain Certification Within First Month Of Employment.
