- Lead and facilitate a group of middle school students in the Rebel Ventures after school program at the University of Pennsylvania.

- Collaborate with fellow Group Leaders and program staff to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment for students.
- Guide and inspire students in pursuing their passions and interests, helping them develop valuable life skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
- Plan and facilitate engaging and hands-on activities and projects that align with the program's mission and goals.
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for students, encouraging them to explore their potential and take risks in their learning.

- Uphold and enforce program rules and safety protocols to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment for all students.

Bachelor's Degree In Education, Social Work, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working With Youth In An Educational Or Community Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Group Of Students.
Knowledge Of Nutrition And Healthy Food Choices, As Well As Experience In Planning And Implementing Nutrition Education Activities.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With School Staff, Community Partners, And Parents/Guardians.
