  6. Provide training and support to staff and faculty on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
  7. Stay informed about industry standards and trends related to quality assurance and incorporate them into the institution's practices.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to track, measure, and report on key quality metrics.
  9. Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues that may impact the quality of academic programs and services.
  10. Act as a liaison between the institution and external quality assurance agencies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  11. Participate in the development and implementation of new academic programs and initiatives, ensuring quality standards are met.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize quality assurance processes and procedures.
  13. Represent the institution in meetings, conferences, and other events related to quality assurance in education.
  14. Foster a culture of quality and excellence throughout the institution.
  15. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and tools to support quality assurance efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Software Quality Assurance Or Testing.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Life Cycle And Quality Assurance Methodologies.

  • Experience With Automated Testing Tools And Techniques.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Keen Attention To Detail And Ability To Identify And Report Defects.
