
Payroll/Grants Coordinator

- Manage payroll processing for all faculty and staff members, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all payments.
- Oversee the grant accounting and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to resolve any payroll or grant-related issues or inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to payroll and grants, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in payroll and grant management.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in payroll and grant management to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies in payroll and grant processing.
- Prepare and submit reports on payroll and grant activities to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to payroll and grant management.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines, adapting to changing priorities and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the overall goals and objectives of the University of Pennsylvania through effective and efficient payroll and grant management.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Payroll Processing And Grant Administration.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Payroll And Grants.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
