- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations related to AI research and development.
- Collaborate with other departments and programs within the university to integrate AI into their work and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations, including potential funding sources, to support the growth and impact of the Penn AI initiative.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness and impact of the Penn AI initiative, making necessary adjustments to drive success.
- Serve as a role model for ethical and inclusive leadership, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Penn AI team and the university as a whole.
- Perform other duties as assigned by university leadership.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: The Managing Director Of Penn Ai Should Have A Strong Educational Background In A Field Related To Artificial Intelligence, Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Data Science. A Master's Or Phd Degree Is Preferred.
Extensive Experience In Ai Research And Development: This Position Requires A Deep Understanding Of Ai Technologies And Their Applications. The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Ai Research And Development, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Projects.
