- Oversee and manage the research programs at the University of Pennsylvania, ensuring they align with the institution's mission and goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance and enhance research efforts, in collaboration with other departments and stakeholders.
- Lead a team of researchers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the research team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to drive impactful results.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In A Research Setting.
Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Science, Engineering, Or Business.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team.
