- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the university's IAM system, ensuring its reliability, security, and scalability.
- Lead and manage a team of IAM professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their IAM needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of the IAM system to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any issues or incidents related to the IAM system, providing timely resolution and minimizing any potential impact.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in IAM technology, and make recommendations for system improvements and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to the IAM system.
- Oversee the integration of new applications and systems with the IAM infrastructure.
- Work with vendors and external partners to implement and maintain IAM solutions.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the overall technology infrastructure.
- Communicate effectively with university staff and stakeholders, providing updates and training on the IAM system when necessary.
- Adhere to the university's security protocols and policies in all aspects of IAM management.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Identity And Access Management (Iam).
Proven Experience In Designing And Implementing Iam Solutions For Large Organizations.
Strong Understanding Of Iam Technologies, Such As Active Directory, Ldap, Saml, And Oauth.
Excellent Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
