
Financial Administrative Coordinator

- Oversee and manage financial operations for the department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Process and track financial transactions, including invoices, reimbursements, and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop and monitor financial goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to department leadership.
- Assist with developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and other departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Monitor and reconcile departmental accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the University's financial policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain departmental budgets, including tracking and reporting expenses.
- Provide administrative support to the department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Serve as a point of contact for financial inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to financial and administrative work.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Financial Administration Or Accounting.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Management Systems, Such As Sap Or Peoplesoft.
