- Train and support research teams in the use of the Clinical and Translational Science Awards (CTSA) program.
- Develop training materials and resources to effectively educate researchers on the use of CTSA.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for individuals and groups on the use of CTSA.
- Provide ongoing support to researchers through troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and updates related to CTSA and incorporate them into training programs.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and standardization in the use of CTSA.
- Serve as a point of contact for any questions or concerns related to CTSA training.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress.
- Identify and address any barriers or challenges faced by researchers in using CTSA.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for researchers.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the training program.
- Represent the University of Pennsylvania and CTSA program in a professional and positive manner.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards related to research and training.
- Contribute to the overall mission of advancing biomedical research and improving human health.
Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulatory Requirements For Conducting Clinical Trials.
A Minimum Of Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare, Psychology, Or Education.
Experience Working With Human Subjects In A Research Or Clinical Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Study Staff.
Familiarity With Statistical Software And Data Management Tools Used In Clinical Research.
