- Oversee the implementation and management of the CRM system for graduate admissions, ensuring it is functioning efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including admissions staff, faculty, and IT department, to ensure the CRM system meets their needs.

- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise with the CRM system and work with the IT department to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making regarding the use and development of the CRM system for graduate admissions.
A Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Relationship Management Or Admissions In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Crm Systems And Experience With Data Analytics And Reporting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders.
Experience In Project Management And The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
