- Conducting and overseeing clinical research studies in accordance with established protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborating with principal investigators and other team members to develop and implement research plans.
- Recruiting, screening, and enrolling study participants and maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from research studies.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
- Communicating with study participants, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Managing and maintaining research equipment, supplies, and inventory.
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of research proposals and grant applications.
- Keeping abreast of new developments and best practices in clinical research.
- Contributing to the dissemination of research findings through presentations and publications.
- Providing guidance and support to junior research staff and interns.
- Maintaining a safe, ethical, and inclusive work environment.
- Upholding the mission and values of the University of Pennsylvania and the research team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Diverse Team Of Researchers, Healthcare Professionals, And Study Participants.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In An Academic Or Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor’s Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Healthcare Administration.
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Clinical Research.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
