- Prepare and maintain study budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring budget compliance.
- Conduct literature reviews and assist with data analysis as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in clinical research.
- Maintain confidentiality of study participants and adhere to all privacy and confidentiality policies.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of research grant proposals.
- Train and supervise research assistants or other support staff.
- Attend study meetings and provide regular updates on study progress.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues that may impact study timelines or outcomes.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field: A Clinical Research Coordinator At The University Of Pennsylvania Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In A Field Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Health Sciences.
Knowledge Of Clinical Research Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Regulatory Requirements For Conducting Clinical Research, Such As Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) And The Code Of Federal Regulations (Cfr).
Previous Experience In Clinical Research: The University Of Pennsylvania May Prefer Candidates With Prior Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Similar Role. This Experience Could Have Been Gained Through Internships, Volunteer Work, Or Previous Employment.
