Extensive Experience In Cardiac Surgery: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Cardiac Surgery, With Specific Expertise In Managing Complex Procedures And Coordinating A Multidisciplinary Team.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Program Manager, One Must Be Able To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Of Surgeons, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Professionals. This Requires Excellent Communication, Decision-Making, And Problem-Solving Skills.
