- Train and supervise junior staff members, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
- Attend meetings and participate in university committees to represent the business administration department.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software, And A Willingness To Learn And Adapt To New Technology And Systems.
