  1. Provide administrative support to the university's business operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  2. Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor and track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make recommendations for budget adjustments.
  4. Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient use of resources.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans to support the university's mission and goals.
  6. Collaborate with other administrators to review and improve business processes and procedures.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations for university leadership to inform decision-making and resource allocation.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing relationships.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the university's business operations.
  11. Train and supervise junior staff members, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
  12. Attend meetings and participate in university committees to represent the business administration department.
  13. Uphold the university's values and promote a positive work environment for all employees.

Job Qualifications
