  1. Oversee daily operations of the university's business department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  2. Manage and maintain financial records, including budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and teams to develop and implement strategies for effective financial management.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  6. Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and trainings for the business department.
  7. Prepare and submit reports to senior management and other stakeholders as required.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business administration to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  9. Train and supervise administrative staff, ensuring they adhere to university policies and procedures.
  10. Act as a liaison between the business department and other university departments, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  11. Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and university policies.
  13. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of integrity.
  14. Participate in departmental and university-wide initiatives and projects as assigned.
  15. Uphold the university's mission and values, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
