Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Building Management, Preferably In A University Or Large-Scale Facility Setting
Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Building Systems And Maintenance Procedures
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Interact With Diverse Stakeholders
Familiarity With Sustainability Practices And Experience Implementing Energy-Efficient And Environmentally-Friendly Initiatives In Building Operations.
